All products purchased from MPG Auto Parts Inc – My Parts Guy are sold as is.
MPG Auto Parts Inc – My Parts Guy does not provide warranties on any items; instead, each product is covered solely by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. We are happy to connect customers with the appropriate manufacturer if needed.
Please note that any damage or modifications to a product will void the manufacturer’s warranty. MPG Auto Parts Inc – My Parts Guy is not responsible for any labour costs incurred by the customer under any circumstances.
Do not ship items back to MPG Auto Parts Inc – My Parts Guy. If necessary, the manufacturer will request items be shipped directly to their warranty facility for inspection, repair, or replacement. We do not cover any of the costs associated with a warranty claim.
MPG Auto Parts Inc – My Parts Guy is also not liable for any damages, injuries, or issues arising from the installation or use of products purchased from our website.
Due to strict government regulations, certain products we sell are not approved for street or highway use and are intended for track or off-road use only. Any removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, or other safety equipment is done at the customer’s own discretion. MPG Auto Parts Inc – My Parts Guy is not responsible for the consequences of such actions.
