Cancellation Request

Please note that as of Jan 1, 2023 All cancellations are subject to a 5%-25% CANCELLATION FEE. No exceptions.

All cancellations must be requested by emailing cancellation@mypartsguy.ca

Here are the criteria to determine the cancellation fee percentage.

Tier 1. Cancellation within 4 hours of you submitting the order and the order is still in the REVIEW phase = 5% fee

Tier 2. The order is now in the PROCESSING phase and the status is PROCESSING = 10% fee

Tier 3. The order is now in the TRANSFER phase, this means the item has left the warehouse and is in transit and the status is TRANSFER= 25% fee

Tier 4. The order has is in the SHIPPED phase = no cancellation and will need to be submitted as a return request

All cancellations must be requested by emailing cancellation@mypartsguy.ca

The following info must be in the email for it to be processed, failure to provide all requested info will result in delays in processing your request

 1. Your order #

 2. Your name and address

3. The reason for the cancellation

4. The part # you wish to cancel

5. Which Tier your order is in 1. REVIEW, 2. PPROCESSING 3. TRANSFER 4. SHIPPED

Depending on your order status your refund will be the amount you paid LESS 5%-25%

Items that are were In stock or those that have already shipped from the manufacturer / supplier and on the way to us cannot be cancelled for any reason.

Special orders are not cancellable. No Return. No exchange
