4. Cancellations PolicyCancellations Are Not Allowed
Once your order is submitted and checkout is complete, cancellations are NOT permitted for any reason.
This policy is final and applies to every order with no exceptions.
Any Cancellation Request Will Be Treated as a Return
If you contact us asking to cancel your order (for any reason and at any stage), it will automatically be processed as a return under our Returns Policy.
This means:
• A 25% restocking fee will apply (for refund returns)
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Free-shipping orders will have the original shipping cost deducted
• All other return rules and inspection requirements apply
 How to Request a Cancellation (Which Becomes a Return)

Your email must include all of the following:
  1. Your order number
  2. Your full name and address
  3. Reason for the request
  4. Part number(s) involved
We will reply with return instructions and an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). No action will be taken until you follow the full Returns Policy process.Special Orders
Special-order items cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.
These are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable (see Special Orders Policy for full details).
Items Already in Stock or Shipped from Supplier
These cannot be cancelled for any reason and will be treated as returns if you no longer want them.
