Cancellation Request
Once an order is submitted to us, we immediately begin the process of filling the order. This includes processing your payment to which we are charged a fee by your bank, allocating inventory, sending a purchase order, phone calls or emails to manufacturers, scheduling fulfillment, and committing resources to ensure timely delivery.
Cancellation Requests
If you request cancellation of your order after submission, a cancellation fee will be applied, no exceptions.
The fee is determined by the stage of processing your order has reached at the time of the request and will range from 5% to 25% of the total order value.
A minimum cancellation fee of 5% applies to all orders, regardless of how early the cancellation is requested.
The exact percentage (up to a maximum of 25%) will be based on the current stage of your order. Special order cancelation is on a case by case basis, and if a cancellation is possible a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
We reserve the right to determine the applicable fee percentage based on the documented progress of your order.
All cancellation fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
