You should automatically receive order invoice immediately after you order, and others as the order gets processed and shipped.
Due to high order volume, the best way to contact us is via email. Once you submit your support ticket, we will respond as soon as we are able to. Please try to avoid sending multiple ticket requests as this can cause confusion and will only further the delay of the response on our end.
Though we typically process orders within 1 to 8 business day, some items must be transferred from alternate warehouses and this lengthens the processing time. For this reason, some orders will take longer to ship than others.
Special orders have different circumstances, they must be ordered specifically from the manufacturer and can take from days, weeks or months depending on the order.
