Free Shipping Policy and exclusions:
We offer free shipping on thousands of items and on most order orders over $499.
There are certain exclusions including:
- Large or heavy packages over 30lbs by weight or cubic volume weight calculated by the couriers. Any package longer than 40 inches on any side
- roof top boxes
- ski racks
- bike racks
- racing seats
- wheels
- tires
- body panels
- tonneau covers
- bumpers
- brake rotors and big brake kits
- aero including wings spoilers, lips and side skirts
- any item not mentioned above but assessed an overage charge by the courier
Additional shipping will apply on some special order parts, over size or over weight parts or shipping to zones outside major urban areas as identified by couriers.
If your order requires additional shipping fees you will be contacted by email or phone and given the option to pay the extra fees or cancel the order.
Even if your checkout shows free shipping your order may still be assessed a surcharge. you will not be billed without your authorization. We will email you a status update notifying you of the oversize/overweight surcharge.
