Special Order Policy and Important Conditions

Special orders are special circumstances. Manufacturers can sometimes take weeks or month to fullfil a special order item.  This is beyond our control. 

• All special orders are NON-CANCELLABLE and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, we send an email when an order is special order. Once you reply and agree this is a binding special order contract. 

• NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order or non-stock merchandise

• Special orders cannot be cancelled once submitted to our supplier

  • This typically occurs within one hour of you agreeing to the special order contract

• In certain cases management may agree to cancel a special order, however a 25% special order contract cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. No exceptions.
