These heavy duty custom steel modular work benches from WCFab are CAD Designed, Precision Laser Cut, and CNC Bent from 11 gauge steel. Interchangeable top and shelf are fully gusseted with interlocking ribbed construction and TIG welded to provide an excellent balance of strength and durability with overall weight when used as a rolling work station utilizing the optional casters. How tough are they? Rated for 3,000 lb max capacity (evenly distributed) using optional leveling feet or 1,500 lbs (evenly distributed) when fitted with the full swivel or combination swivel and solid caster options, these tables are built to work and look good doing it. So much so in fact, that we use them in every department in our shop - from machining to fabrication, powder coating prep to automotive performance and repair, and right down to final assembly and shipping. Each bench includes a high strength, full size storage shelf with adjustable height mounting with 3 levels of coarse adjustment in 5 inch increments on the legs that can be fine-tuned by an additional 1.25 inches using the adjustment points on the shelf. 11 Gauge Steel Legs available separately in 34 or 40 inch heights. Each leg foot is TIG welded and comes pre-drilled to accept your choice of: Leveling pads (1.5" additional height adjustment), Precision Ball Bearing Casters (add 5.5" to work surface height), or are ready to be bolted down directly to your shop floor. This Top and Shelf Set of 2, 32 inch by 72 inch, TIG welded and fully gusseted 11 ga steel top and shelf in Raw Carbon Steel Finish must be combine with a set of WCFab Modular Steel Work Bench Legs and Leveling Pads or Caster Options to build a complete work bench.
