All modern vehicles use a drive-by-wire system that controls the throttle body electronically, similar to a dimmer switch. While innovative, this design causes an irritating delay that is most noticeable when trying to speed up to merge with fast moving traffic or when passing a slower moving car. The SpeedForm Throttle Response Controller actually boost this signal to eliminate the delay for quicker, snappier throttle response, making it a must have for all drive-by-wire vehicles. The SpeedForm Throttle Response Controller comes with (5) preset control modes for Stock, Eco, Comfort/Sport, Sport and Race applications. Each mode can further be adjusted with nine levels of sensitivity. This allows you to select the mode that works the best for your own personal driving style and needs. Stock - Acceleration is set to factory defaults. Display is NO. ECO - Designed for fuel economy. Display is EC. Comfort/Sport - Balances performance and fuel economy. Display is P1. Sport - Improves engine response for better performance during daily commuting. Display is P2. Race - Maximum performance with immediate throttle response. Display is P3. The SpeedForm Throttle Response Controller connects directly into the stock throttle position sensor found on the drive-by-wire gas pedal using an OEM style plug and play connector with no permanent modifications required. The Throttle Response Controller is 100% reversible and will not leave residual codes on the factory PCM making it warranty friendly.
