Overview

Technical Notes:

Our Billet Rear Differential Cover was developed to strengthen the factory rear diff housing by utilizing billet 6061 aluminum instead of the factory cast aluminum piece. Gussets and added material thickness support the side-load of the rear diff and bearing under extreme circumstances. Each piece is machined within .0002" of critical tolerance accuracy using a Kaiser boring head. We designed our Billet Rear Differential Cover to be used with a variety of rear diff braces and ARP hardware for additional strength and rigidity.
