Fuel-It! BMW E Chassis Fuel Line and Ethanol Sensor Upgrades
We currently offer a variety of options to upgrade the fuel feed lines on your N54 and N55 equipped 535i or Z4 E-series BMW. All fuel line upgrades are 3/8" (AN6) and E85 compatible. In addition, we utilize our own custom fittings made specifically for your BMW so that you can maintain the stock connections at the HPFP, the tank, and the ethanol sensor should you choose to install one.
- HPFP to the Tank:
- This upgrade replaces both stock fuel lines with one upgraded continuous fuel line from the fuel tank to the HPFP.
- HPFP to Port Injection:
- This option adds the Tee line you need to integrate your port injection kits but retains all your current fuel lines and is compatible with the stock lines as well as upgrade lines and flex fuel kits.

HPFP to the Tank with Ethanol Sensor:
- For those that want to run ethanol, we also offer this upgrade with an integrated ethanol sensor.
- Port Injection Spacer to the Tank:
- If you are running our port injection kit, this upgrade replaces the stock fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay and then utilizes a Y adapter to supply the HPFP and PI with fuel. Our custom fittings remove those tees and extra fittings for a cleaner high flow setup

Port Injection Spacer to the Tank with Ethanol Sensor:
- For those that want to run ethanol, we also offer this upgrade with an integrated ethanol sensor
- Phoenix Racing Manifold to the Tank:
- If you are running the Phoenix Racing Manifold port injection kit, this upgrade replaces the stock fuel lines from the tank to the engine bay and then utilizes a Y adapter to supply the HPFP and PI with fuel. Our custom fittings remove those tees and extra fittings for a cleaner high flow setup
- Phoenix Racing Manifold to the Tank with Ethanol Sensor:
- For those that want to run ethanol, we also offer this upgrade with an integrated ethanol sensor
*Note: An ethanol analyzer must be used in conjunction with the ethanol sensor to read your ethanol content.
- Bluetooth and JB4 integrated (0-5 Volt)
- Bluetooth (iPhone or Android app must be downloaded to use this feature)

*For the BMW E-series JB4 platform connect the white wire to position #15 on the JB4 25 pin harness. Select WMI page option 15/16 input to enable.
*These kits are available for off-road use only
*Ethanol Sensors don't actually read the ethanol content, the readings are based on the absence of gasoline, so if your fuel is contaminated your ethanol readings may be artificially elevated.
