This long block assembly is a replacement for your 2024 Mustang Dark Horse™ 5.0L and an upgrade for your 2024 Mustang GT 5.0L. The 2024 Mustang 5.0L DOHC 32-valve V-8 uses advanced features such as direct and port fuel injection, twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT), high-flow cylinder heads, dual throttle bodies and high compression to deliver 500 horsepower in the Dark Horse™.

  • Aluminum block that features plasma transferred wire arc spray weld liner coating
  • NOTE: Driver side exhaust flange utilizes 5.2L bolt pattern
  • Longer, 12 mm head bolts for higher clamp load
  • The long block assembly does NOT include:
  • Intake manifold/throttle bodies
  • Hypereutectic aluminum pistons
