How to get tuned

The All New FlashZilla PRO tool. Allowing you to flash your vehicle from the comfort of your drivers seat wherever you have an internet connection. This OBD flashing device connects users directly tot the Instatune catalog through the FlashZilla Tuning Portal. Using the supplied USB cable, simply connect your device to a laptop and plug in to your vehicles OBD port.

      • VW Jetta 2.0L CR TDI (2015)
      • VW Sportwagen 2.0L CR TDI (2015)

Dynamic Idle Option:

Speed up engine-warm up with a 1,100 RPM (or another RPM of your choice) idle. The idle will return to stock state (approximately 830RPM) by 70C (158F) coolant temperature. Results may vary.

DSG TUNE Option:

This DSG tune can be comfortably paired with a completely stock engine (ECU) all the way up to Stage 3 ECU tuned.

This auto transmission tune increases the torque limit and in most cases lowers the RPM shift points to stay in the best performance and efficiency range. Shifts are smoother and quicker. The gear number indicator is also added to the instrument cluster in most cases.

Requires

This is NOT REQUIRED on 2015 CR150 vehicles, however it could slightly improve shifting smoothness & shifting speed.

Stage 1:

This tune will allow your vehicle to run properly and more efficiently with a Rawtek DPF & EGR Delete kit while conservatively improving overall performance.

      • 288LB-FT WTQ (+55LB-FT WTQ over stock)

      • Increased reliability, lower maintenance costs

Stage 2:

The Stage 2 is by far the most popular tune. The Stage 2 gets the most performance and fuel economy possible out of your TDI without having to upgrade the turbo. This is the best bang for your buck. This tune will allow your vehicle to run properly and more efficiently with a Rawtek DPF & EGR Delete kit while significantly improving overall performance.

      • 167WHP (+35WHP over stock)
      • 298LB-FT WTQ (+65LB-FT wheel torque over stock)
      • Increased fuel economy, often up to 10+MPG better. 
      • Increased reliability, lower maintenance costs

Stage 3:

The Stage 3 tune is designed to work with CR190 / GTD1449VZ / GT1456VZ Hybrid or similar turbos. Actual performance depends on EGT limiter and boost creep.. Note that this setup will require a clutch upgrade for manual car or a DSG tune for an automatic transmission.

Stage 3 Requires:

    • 190WHP (+58WHP over stock)
    • 325LB-FT WTQ (+92LB-FT WTQ over stock)
    • Increased fuel economy
