304 Stainless Steel coil cover for the VW/Audi 1.8t engine, our version 2.0.
Precision manufactured stamped and bent (not hand made), precision mounting holes for versatile, precise fit. Silver nickel plated, grade 8.8 allen mounting fasteners included. Protect coils from hot, radiant heat, especially in big turbo applications, and direct cool air from the front of the car over the coils.. Especially to get rid of the ugly stock plastic cover and tidy up the top of the motor - the woman in your life will thank you.
Available currently in raw stainless steel finish or powder coated black.
Note: One of the factory cover mounting bosses must be trimmed ~3/8" for this cover to bolt down. This will not cause you to be unable to remount the stock cover if you ever choose, you will just need a spacer to bolt the stock clip down.
Note: Minor modification or bending may be required to fit as shown on valve cover. Valve cover not included.
