Carli’s Backcountry 2.0 system delivers a keen balance of on-road stability and mild off-road ability for a reasonable price. The base system touches all critical components, addressing wheel travel, proper geometry, smoothness, and durability while delivering an aggressive level stance. The kit is based on Carli-Spec 2.0-inch diameter remote reservoir shocks. Carli engineers developed a valving tune that addresses on-road, in-town, highway driving, towing and/or hauling, as well as slow- to medium-speed off-road use. The shocks boast 6063 aluminum construction, fully anodized body for corrosion resistance, 5/8″ hardened steel chrome plated shock shaft, a fully serviceable/rebuildable design, and 6061-billet rod-ends with one-piece bushings. This suspension transforms your truck into a rig that is smoother than stock on the highway but has the moxie to tackle mild trail running and off-roading with ease.
