The Burger Motorsports intake manifold replaces your weak factory plastic B58 manifold with a direct fit high flow high strength aluminum manifold. Features port injection bungs located on the top of the manifold for easy access and optimal injector spray pattern, and 1/8" expansion vacuum ports perfect for gauges, BOV references, or Hobbs switches. Includes high-quality o-rings and all required hardware.
Your factory high quality intercooler core slides right in.
Available with required port injection hardware (calibrated injectors with plug and play fuel line), or ala-cart without the extra fueling hardware. The optional high quality Bosch EV14 42mm fuel injectors are offered in 550cc, 750cc, and 950cc options. For most 700-800whp applications we suggest the 750cc injectors, while the 550cc injectors are suitable for applications below 700whp.

The Burger Motorsports B58 Phenolic Thermal Intake Manifold Spacer is constructed from fiber-embedded phenolic material and helps to prevent heat transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold, thereby increasing engine efficiency and decreasing heat soak. This advanced technology will lower intake air temperature, allowing denser air to enter the cylinders, thus reducing detonation and promoting more efficient combustion.
BMS Port injector plugs are available here.
For those not ready yet for port injection these dummy injectors fit in place of actual port injection injectors to block the holes. Allows use of port injection manifolds without actually having port injection.
