Introducing the 034Motorsport B5 A4 Intercooler kit with the largest, highest capacity intercooler available in any kit.
Features a high efficiency Garrett intercooler core with custom cast endtanks, don't mistake this core for a cheap ebay core, high denisty turbulators ensure maximum air contace and heat transfer, while 12 - 3" wide rows ensure flow for over 450cfm.
We recommend this kit for applications up to 500HP, this kit will fit under a stock B5 front bumper (with trimming), and easily clear a B5 S4 front bumper as well.
To ensure a perfect fit, we made custom silicone intercooler hoses to meet stock location turbo installs, aluminum throttle body pipe featuers CNC machined MAP sensor provision.
Everything needed to install is included with detailed instructions. Note - the air pump, if used will need to be relocated.
Please specify whether or not you will need a MAP sensor provision on the throttle body pipe. Vehicles with AEB engine code do not require a MAP sensor flange.
