Stainless Works Headers & Exhaust — Canada

Priced in CAD • No duties • No brokerage fees • Fast shipping across Canada

Stainless Works is an Ohio-based manufacturer producing American-made stainless steel headers, cat-back exhaust systems, and down pipes for domestic performance vehicles — specializing in LS-powered GM applications, Mustang, Camaro, and Corvette. Their headers are TIG-welded from 304 stainless steel and produced in the USA, making them one of the premium header choices for serious V8 builds. At MyPartsGuy.ca we carry the Stainless Works lineup, all priced in Canadian dollars with no import fees or brokerage charges.

Stainless Works is particularly well-regarded in the LS engine community — their long-tube headers for C5/C6/C7 Corvette, Camaro SS, and LS-swapped vehicles are a favourite among enthusiasts who want maximum exhaust flow without compromising on material quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are long-tube headers worth it on a Corvette or Camaro?
For naturally aspirated LS builds, long-tube headers are one of the highest-impact bolt-on modifications available — moving the exhaust collector further from the head increases scavenging effect and flow. On a stock LS3 Camaro SS, a quality long-tube header set with a tune typically yields 25–40 whp. Stainless Works' quality justifies the price premium over cheaper headers for a build that's meant to last.

Do Stainless Works headers require cats or a tune?
Stainless Works offers both catted and catless configurations. Catless headers require a tune to prevent check engine lights from O2 sensor reads. Catted options retain emissions compliance. For Canadian street use, catted headers with a tune are the recommended approach.
