What's Not Included
Free shipping applies to in-stock, regular priced, standard items shipped from our Canadian warehouse to a major Canadian hub. A few situations fall outside that:
Not in regular stock — special order parts, non-stocking items shipped direct from the manufacturer, and items requiring a store transfer all ship at standard rates. (These are flagged on the product page itself, so you'll know before you check out.)
Sale items — marked-down, discounted, on sale, or open box/clearance items don't count toward your $499 subtotal and ship at standard rates
Oversized or heavy items — items exceeding standard carrier size or weight limits (30 lbs total order weight) ship at standard rates due to carrier surcharges
Remote & rural areas — addresses outside our main delivery hubs (e.g. Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg) may incur additional shipping charges based on carrier rural surcharges
If your order includes a mix of eligible and excluded items, we'll only apply free shipping to the portion of your order that qualifies — we'll always show you the final shipping cost before you check out.
