DREI BOND is a German manufacturer of industrial adhesives, sealants and threadlocking compounds used in engine and driveline assembly. Its silicone and anaerobic sealing compounds are specified by European vehicle manufacturers for sealing timing covers, oil pans, transmission cases and housing joints in place of a cut gasket. Products are supplied in OE part numbering so the correct compound can be matched to the factory repair procedure. Correct sealant choice matters on these joints because cure behaviour and oil resistance vary between formulations.
